Some moments deserve more than documentation—they deserve a frame on the wall, like a painting passed down. My indoor sessions offer a timeless, painterly look inspired by the great masters, using light and shadow to tell your family's story in a way that's quietly breathtaking.

Indoor portraiture allows for complete control over light and composition—ideal for creating images with the soul of a painting. These sessions are slow, intentional, and unforgettable. This is heirloom work, not just photography.

Travel Fees

I am happy to travel around New England and the East Coast for my indoor heirloom sessions- travel fees will be added to final total and will reflect lodging, travel time, and mileage.

Do I get select the images?

Yes, with both image packages you will be able to review a proof gallery of all images taken, and select those that have the perfect expressions and mean the most to you.

Why is planning mentioned?

For my indoor sessions, I will need to have some idea of your space before entering you home. That way I know if additional lighting might be required, and have a plan to use our session time efficiently. Emailing a few photos works well for the Caravaggio, for more involved sessions a video call helps me get a complete idea of the space and brainstorm ideas.

Does my house need to look a certain way?

No! Ideally, we will need an area near a window that's clear of clutter- multiple areas are great! But you don't need to clean your entire house to prep for these sessions and your house doesn't need to be huge, decorated by a professional, or have enormous windows. Simple scenes and simple beauty can be found in most homes.
